Role Overview
This position involves turning design ideas into realistic rendered visuals that support both in-house design development and presentations for clients.
What You’ll Do
You will collaborate closely with designers to produce computer-generated images that communicate design intent clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Architecture or a closely related field is needed.
- You should bring at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on capability with V-Ray, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp is required.
- You must also understand 3D AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
- The role suits someone who can thrive in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
- A strong creative sense and sharp attention to detail are important.
- You should be proactive, conscientious, and a reliable team contributor.
- Experience in commercial, mixed-use, and residential design projects will be an advantage.
