Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Security Operative to join our day shift team to ensure the safety and security of our estate, guests, staff, and visitors. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine security patrols around the estate to safeguard guests, team members, and property.
• Monitor security systems and respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Manage access control and maintain accurate logs as required.
• Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to guests and staff.
• Offer professional assistance to guests, visitors, and colleagues as part of exceptional customer service.
• Prepare detailed and timely security reports and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to uphold a secure environment across the resort.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in security, safety, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Possession of a current PSA Security Licence and Door Supervisor License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling incidents and emergencies.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to outstanding service and safety standards.
