Security Guard

Overview

We are hiring full-time Security Guards to work in Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka. This position involves managing 12-hour shifts with options for day and night shifts. Candidates with 0-3 years of experience are preferred, although freshers with valid training certificates are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties

• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points for residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and vehicles within apartments, offices, and commercial properties.
• Perform regular patrolling of premises, parking lots, and perimeters to uphold safety standards.
• Oversee CCTV camera surveillance and promptly report any suspicious activities.
• Respond to emergencies including fire safety procedures and basic first aid, liaising with local police when necessary.
• Maintain records such as visitor logs, gate registers, and handover reports.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests, including answering queries and offering directions.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Minimum education of 10th grade pass.
• Ability to read and write in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English is preferred.
• Physically fit with good stamina suited for standing, walking, and patrolling duties.
• Qualities such as discipline, alertness, honesty, and effective communication skills are essential.
• Must possess Aadhaar card, Police Verification Certificate, medical certificate, and experience certificates if available.
• Having ex-serviceman status or security training certificates from recognized agencies such as SIS, G4S, or Karnataka State Police (KSP) is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000, dependent on experience.
• Provision of uniform, identification card, and basic training.
• Weekly day off and applicable PF/ESI benefits in accordance with company policy.
