Position Overview

We are seeking a Scheduler based in St Asaph, Denbighshire, to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours per week on a flexible shift pattern, which includes Saturdays. Our location is conveniently accessible via Junction 26 off the A55, approximately 40 minutes from Chester and Wrexham by car or public transit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize work schedules for assigned territories to ensure timely delivery of lawn care treatments.
  • Create efficient crew runs through the Field Service platform to maximize productivity.
  • Implement best scheduling practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of your assigned territory to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage workflow and anticipate any scheduling challenges within the territory.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers and Lawn Operatives to update and amend schedules as needed.
  • Ensure new customers receive their initial lawn treatment according to service level agreements or specific customer requests.
  • Process reschedule requests promptly.
  • Provide scheduling support for the wider team and respond to related queries.
  • Regularly analyze scheduling reports and take appropriate actions within set timeframes.
  • Collaborate as part of the #Oneteam approach to meet regional key performance indicators.
  • Manage day-to-day adjustments such as sickness-related scheduling changes to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to assigned tasks, cases, and scheduling-related emails promptly.
  • Uphold integrity at all times while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as outlined in your employment contract.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive and flexible working style.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Experience thriving in a target-driven setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is required.
