SAP Joule Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP Joule Consultant to design, develop, and implement SAP Joule solutions that enhance various business functions. The candidate will be responsible for integrating SAP Business AI and Joule with multiple SAP applications, creating AI-driven scenarios, and collaborating with stakeholders to boost automation and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement use cases for SAP Joule across different business domains.
• Configure SAP Business AI and Joule integration with SAP platforms.
• Create AI-based business scenarios leveraging SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad technologies.
• Work alongside business teams to uncover automation opportunities utilizing Joule.
• Integrate SAP Joule with external Generative AI platforms and APIs as necessary.
• Develop conversational AI workflows, prompts, and solutions to enhance user interactions.
• Maintain compliance with AI governance, security policies, and ethical standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SAP Joule implementations and AI services for performance.
• Prepare technical documents, share best practices, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with SAP technology, especially SAP Joule and SAP Business AI.
• Deep understanding of SAP Joule architecture and functionalities.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, AI system integrations, and developing conversational AI applications.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and generative AI principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or CAP development is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security frameworks, and responsible AI usage guidelines.
