Role Summary
The organization is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Tester with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on validating SAP Finance and Controlling processes, preparing and executing testing activities, and supporting project requirements across SAP environments.
Work Location
The position is open to candidates across India, with preference for Bangalore and Hyderabad. The listed location is Hyderabad, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively with SAP FICO processes including General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Interfaces, S/4HANA, Fiori, DMEE, FDS preparation, WBS elements, and Controlling.
- Develop detailed test plans for the assigned SAP testing scope.
- Draft accurate test scenarios based on business and system requirements.
- Carry out test script execution in line with the approved test plan.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with project and business teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP FICO testing or closely related SAP finance testing work.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of GL, Banking, AP, AR, Interfaces, S/4HANA, Fiori, DMEE, FDS preparation, WBS elements, and Controlling.
- Experience in creating structured test plans.
- Ability to write well-defined test scenarios.
- Experience executing test scripts according to the test plan.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to HP ALM is an added advantage.
- Experience in S/4 upgrade initiatives is preferred.
