About the Role
This position calls for a seasoned SAP FICO professional to lead implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support across international client engagements. The role involves partnering closely with business and technology teams to shape finance solutions, oversee delivery, and contribute to major transformation programs, including S/4HANA-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support assignments end to end for global customers.
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into solution designs, and ensure fit with finance workflows.
- Define solution architecture, coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP, and keep implementations aligned with relevant industry practices.
- Handle project execution, schedules, and team output while maintaining strong delivery quality.
- Advise on finance transformation initiatives, including migration programs for SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements
- Overall 8 to 16 years of SAP FICO experience with strong command of core areas such as GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Solid knowledge of finance operations, statutory compliance, and cross-module SAP integration.
- Practical exposure to S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance, will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client discussions, and deliver complex SAP engagements successfully.
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
