Role Summary

In this position, you will focus on finding and connecting with prospective automotive workshops, introducing them to ALLDATA Europe's data-driven product offering, and supporting them through the full sales journey from first outreach to final conversion. You will run both in-person and remote product presentations, uncover customer requirements, and shape proposals that clearly show the value of the solution.

Every day, you will oversee a sales pipeline, deliver demonstrations, draft quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and keep CRM records current and accurate. You will also work alongside marketing and customer support to create a seamless onboarding experience and support long-term customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Cologne (Köln), North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Present ALLDATA Europe's OEM data solution to prospects in a compelling way.
  • Manage the sales process from first contact through deal closure.
  • Conduct demonstrations either on-site or remotely, depending on the customer situation.
  • Assess customer needs and prepare tailored, solution-oriented offers.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotes, handle commercial discussions, and negotiate terms.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer support to support onboarding and customer success.

Requirements

  • Practical B2B sales experience or strong selling capability, including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and negotiation.
  • Interest in or exposure to the automotive aftermarket, workshop environments, or technical products and services.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, plus the ability to present complex information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Good organization and time management, with confidence using CRM tools and handling a pipeline.
