Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to inspire and guide our sales team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role requires fostering an open communication environment and setting clear goals to drive the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a motivating team atmosphere encouraging open communication.
- Define clear objectives and allocate tasks with deadlines effectively.
- Manage daily operations of the sales team.
- Track and report on team performance metrics regularly.
- Encourage and inspire team members to achieve targets.
- Identify training requirements and deliver coaching sessions.
- Address team feedback and resolve conflicts promptly.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background as a team leader or supervisor in relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement and metrics.
- Proficiency in PC use with a focus on MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges between 15000 and 25000 INR per month.
