About the Role
This is a field-focused sales management opportunity in the BFSI domain, centered on building and guiding an agent team, driving business activation, and delivering sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and activate the agent network to support business growth.
- Track agent productivity and business performance to maintain consistent activation.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales to meet assigned targets.
- Handle policy renewals and support repeat business.
- Improve product understanding and awareness among agents.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should hold a graduate degree and communicate confidently. Prior experience in field sales, banking, finance, or insurance is required. The role is intended for local candidates in Bhagalpur, and applicants should be between 23 and 40 years of age. Freshers are not eligible.
