Position Overview
The Sales Manager is entrusted with meeting sales objectives and fostering revenue growth by devising and carrying out effective sales plans, nurturing strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on promoting and selling varied property developments including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, playing a key part in the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement detailed sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Assess market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to uncover opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Comprehend client needs and offer customized property solutions.
- Manage client queries, negotiations, and contract closures with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain an effective CRM system to monitor sales activity, client engagements, and progress.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Attend property events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads and boost brand presence.
- Leverage digital marketing and social media channels to expand outreach.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and demand shifts.
- Deliver insights and suggestions to leadership based on analytical market data.
- Spot new market segments and avenues for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Collect client feedback and introduce improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience specifically with real estate developers in the UAE.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, or German is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and sales competencies.
- Ability to network extensively, work independently, and close deals effectively.
- Result-oriented mindset combined with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed in tracking market and competitor activities.
- Experience in selling luxury developments is beneficial.
