Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives focused on Home Loans, LAP Loans, or Vehicle Finance products at a leading bank in Vijayawada, India. The role requires managing client and channel partner relationships, driving sales through multiple channels, and ensuring effective team performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team focused on generating leads and closing loans for one of the selected products: Home Loans, LAP Loans, or Vehicle Finance.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with clients and external channels such as builders and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Plan and implement sales strategies and loan promotional events in partnership with the Cluster Head.
- Address product inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Deliver both in-house and field training to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Ensure thorough lead follow-up to maximize loan conversions through to disbursement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to help them achieve revenue and business targets.
- Oversee client negotiations and manage high-value loan mandates carefully.
- Make sure all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Track and assess team performance according to organizational guidelines and metrics.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum two years of team management experience in a relevant field involving loan products.
- Applicants should be aged 45 years or below as of January 1, 2026.
Compensation
