Role Overview
As the Sales Manager at Deepkamal Corporation Private Limited, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets for 3 Wheelers while guiding and inspiring the sales team towards success.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve the monthly sales goals for 3 Wheelers.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the 3 Wheeler sales team, driving team performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with prompt and efficient vehicle deliveries.
- Track and analyze sales outcomes alongside dealer operations, preparing detailed sales reports.
- Implement and promote local marketing initiatives to boost sales growth.
