Role Overview
We are looking for a courteous and attentive Sales Executive to join BHIMA JEWELLERY MADURAI at our Trichy location. The ideal candidate will ensure customers are warmly welcomed, assisted professionally with their jewelry needs, and that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and receive customers courteously, making them comfortable during their visit.
- Understand customer inquiries and display appropriate ornaments accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of jewelry and display boxes at all times.
- Weigh selected ornaments and accurately communicate their prices along with making charges.
- Coordinate customer transactions by directing them to the billing section when ready.
- Assist customers with additional purchases and hand them over to the Customer Service Officer specialized sections.
- Deliver the bill to the customer after purchase, thanking them for choosing BHIMA JEWELLERS.
- Document any special inquiries, complaints, or suggestions in the section book for follow-up.
- Handle all jewelry with care while displaying and during customer handling to avoid damage.
- Manage collection of old jewelry for exchange or repair, including showing weights and piece counts, then arrange for assay, valuation, or repairs as required.
- Ensure all jewelry is returned to designated racks after display.

Compensation
