Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by engaging in cold calls, networking events, and lead generation activities.
- Convert potential leads into paying clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct both online and face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
- Develop proposals and quotations, and manage negotiation processes to close deals successfully.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system daily.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales or business development is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation prowess to effectively engage with clients.
- Confidence in managing client calls and conducting meetings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
