About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires meeting set sales goals, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product and service quality are maintained consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with current clients through regular visits, updates, and engagement activities.
- Explore the market to identify potential customers, establishing new partnerships to drive sales expansion.
- Engage with customers to assess product and service requirements, update orders, and resolve pending issues timely.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms within authorized limits and report outcomes of negotiations and completed deals.
- Keep customers informed about any changes, new product launches, or modifications.
- Maintain and regularly update customer accounts and databases.
- Authorize payment options and determine credit limits per customer based on past payment and order records, coordinating with direct management.
- Handle customer complaints by making appropriate decisions and reporting actions taken to relevant departments.
- Conduct periodic market visits, prepare competitor analysis reports, and recommend strategies to increase sales and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate with pertinent departments to support the launch of new products or services and stay updated on changes in offerings.
- Coordinate workflows efficiently with marketing, accounting, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth campaigns, sales tracking, and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the software industry or familiarity with the Apple ecosystem.
- Should possess confidence and a strong professional demeanor.
