Job Description
The Sales Executive will be engaged in lead generation through various channels including cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social media efforts. They will understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions or product presentations. Responsibilities also include delivering product demonstrations to highlight key features and advantages, conducting negotiations to finalize sales agreements, and managing ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage retention, cross-selling, and upselling. Additionally, the role involves tracking market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintaining detailed records of sales pipelines, CRM data, and performance reporting.
