Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida for a Sales Engineer in the Industrial Automation & Sensor Solutions division. The incumbent will oversee sales operations within a designated territory, foster client relationships, formulate effective sales strategies, meet targets, and generate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants with 13 years of experience in industrial automation solution sales are preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Must possess a solid understanding of electrical equipment including switchgear, wiring, cables, and industrial automation product ranges such as servo drives, motion controllers, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and safety sensors.
• Preference given to candidates with exposure to packaging, printing, and intralogistics original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) within the Delhi NCR region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion capabilities, along with strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Minimum education requirement is graduation in any discipline; technical background or experience in electrical, electronics, or automation fields is advantageous.
• For freshers, prior internship, project, or training exposure in industrial automation is considered beneficial.
