Role Overview
This role is for a senior sales leader based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving regional business growth, leading the Central Region sales team, and strengthening long-term client partnerships across key market segments.
Required Experience
- You should bring at least 15 years of experience working with IT companies and system integrators.
- Hands-on exposure to the Saudi market is essential.
- Applicants must have a strong history of leading sales teams, reviewing vendor performance, and building the capability of sales staff.
- A consistent record of meeting annual sales targets across several consecutive years is required.
- Strong relationships with clients in government, private sector, banking, and large enterprise accounts are important.
- Experience selling multiple technology offerings is expected, including infrastructure, software and application platforms, cloud and virtualization, cybersecurity as an added advantage, and digital transformation/business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Central Region sales team and ensure target achievement.
- Create and execute the regional strategy for sales growth.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
- Improve customer engagement and establish durable strategic relationships.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and study sales outcomes.
- Work closely with presales and delivery teams to support smooth project execution.
- Act as the company representative in meetings, presentations, and formal events.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
