- Research prospects, assess fit, and qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and sales readiness.
- Build and run outreach sequences, including tailored email outreach and cold calling, to map accounts and open conversations.
- Engage current customers when needed to uncover cross-sell or expansion opportunities within the assigned segment or product area.
- Educate and nurture prospects until they are ready for a qualified meeting or another next step in the buying process.
- Keep lead details and activity records accurate and current in CRM and sales engagement systems.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over smoothly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to improve lead generation, messaging, and workflow efficiency.

- Take part in continuous training, coaching, and capability development.

- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to juggle several priorities and outreach activities at once.
- Consistent history of meeting or surpassing activity and pipeline generation goals.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and finding solutions without close supervision.
