Sales Associate - Sanitary Department (m/f/d)

About the role

OBI Franken is looking for a full-time sales associate to support the sanitary department in Erlangen. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking advice on products and solutions for bathrooms, showers, toilets, and bathtubs. Your product knowledge and interest in the sanitary area will help customers find the right solution for both small and large bathroom projects, while contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively and serve as the first point of contact for the sanitary section.
• Provide tailored guidance so every purchase becomes a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
• Work together with your team to maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented department.

Candidate profile

You should bring a completed vocational qualification in a trade-related or commercial field. A calm, composed manner is important, especially when the store is busy. Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for sanitary products are key to succeeding in this position.
