Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to expanding our fiber broadband services under the brand Airtel Xtream. This role involves engaging in direct field sales activities and generating leads through various channels to grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential customers for sales opportunities.
- Present and promote product offerings, including plans and features, to prospective clients.
- Maintain active follow-up with leads to ensure successful sales closures.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness through below-the-line marketing efforts and on-ground promotional activities for Airtel Xtream.
- Support customers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in field sales with a minimum of six months is essential.
Additional Information
- Salary ranges from 18,000 to 24,000 INR monthly.
