Role Overview
In this role, you will represent KEYORA on the shop floor and play a key part in delivering excellent customer service. Your work will involve guiding shoppers through their buying journey, suggesting products that suit their needs, maintaining high store presentation standards, and supporting both personal and store-level sales targets. This position is well-suited to individuals who enjoy customer interaction, have an interest in retail, and want to grow in a premium store environment.
Customer Experience
- Greet customers courteously and offer prompt support throughout their visit.
- Identify customer preferences and suggest products that match their requirements.
- Create a tailored and pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
- Develop positive relationships that help bring shoppers back again.
- Make sure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying store experience.
Sales and Store Operations
- Work toward meeting personal and store-wide sales targets.
- Process billing and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Support customers during checkout and payment.
- Assist with routine store operations and sales-related reporting.
Visual Merchandising and Inventory
- Follow visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Keep shelves, racks, and displays neat, stocked, and attractive.
- Help manage inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure the store stays clean, orderly, and ready for customers at all times.
Product Knowledge
- Remain informed about products, collections, and active promotions.
- Keep track of current fashion and retail trends.
- Confidently explain product advantages, features, and suitability to customers.
Who Can Apply
Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required. Candidates should be comfortable communicating in Gujarati and Hindi, while English will be an added advantage. The role is best suited to people with a customer-focused mindset, strong interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work in a busy, target-oriented retail setting. Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts is important. Basic familiarity with POS systems is helpful but not mandatory.

Compensation
The fixed annual salary ranges from ₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA, and compensation will depend on experience as well as interview performance. Performance-based incentives are included.
