About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be the warm and welcoming presence to customers, embodying the brand’s spirit. Your duties include greeting shoppers, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction point including the cash desk and fitting rooms, and assisting on the sales floor. Additionally, you will manage stock deliveries, replenish merchandise, and ensure the shop floor displays the latest items attractively. You will contribute to creating memorable shopping experiences by engaging customers with genuine enthusiasm and teamwork.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Proactive and motivated to complete tasks efficiently and with high standards.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening and empathetic understanding.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback to continuously improve.
• Passion for the COS brand and its collections, eager to share this with customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience in retail, understanding store operations and customer service processes.
• Confidence in advising customers on fashion trends, fabrics, and sizing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $17.25 CAD.
• Part-time position.
