About the Role
Join our team at OBI Franken in Erlangen! We work together with passion to support our customers' projects, big and small. Embody the "CAN DO" spirit as a Sales Associate specialized in Interior Design. You will be the primary point of contact for all questions related to home decor in our store, advising customers on paint, wallpaper, carpets, and decorative accessories to transform rooms into eye-catching spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers and serve as the main consultant for the interior design department.
- Provide tailored advice to enhance the shopping experience, making it enjoyable and successful for every customer.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and order within your work area.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
- Remain calm and composed even during busy customer traffic.
- Strong communication abilities, friendly demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for interior decoration.
