Role Overview

This position is for a Sales Associate within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle operations in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a polished store environment while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service that meets Majid Al Futtaim standards by understanding shopper needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle customer queries and concerns quickly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Work toward sales targets and look for practical ways to surpass them while keeping customer satisfaction in focus.
• Use product knowledge to support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Help keep the store in top condition by supporting cleanliness, orderliness, and replenishment tasks.
• Follow store security procedures and company regulations to reduce stock-loss exposure.
• Apply advanced selling techniques to better match customer needs, support higher-value transactions, and encourage repeat visits.
• Guide customers to suitable merchandise across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands or stores when the needed item is unavailable in-store.

Requirements

• High school certificate is required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
