This role involves representing the brand effectively by driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service within the store.

Welcome customers and provide assistance in selecting appropriate products.
Convert casual window shoppers into paying customers.
Promote the company's Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
Adhere to the company's sales protocol of GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank customers.
Stay knowledgeable about the various brands under the group to offer informed suggestions.
Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
Be willing to work extended hours during sales periods.
Keep up-to-date with product information and ensure minimal inventory losses.

Arrange stock and merchandise displays according to standard layout guidelines to attract customers.
Comply with all visual merchandising standards and clearance stock policies.
Manage inventory records related to stock movements diligently.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and billing efficiently.
Balance cash registers at the start and close of shifts.
Accurately process customer payments, refunds, and issue changes.
Handle transactions via cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debit cards.
Maintain heightened awareness of store security at all times without negligence.
Be flexible to work various shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Loss Prevention policies strictly.
Keep all sales figures confidential and not disclose them externally.
