Role overview
For the ZARA store in Leipzig, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Retail Associate (m/w/d) to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis, starting from 25 hours per week.
What the role involves
This position is about much more than ringing up purchases. In the store, you help shape the customer experience, keep an eye on what is happening on the floor, advise shoppers, and contribute actively to the day-to-day running of the store. You work closely with colleagues and play an important part in keeping the store dynamic and engaging.
The retail environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, and the role calls for someone who enjoys working in a lively setting where fashion, decision-making, and collaboration go hand in hand.
