Job Overview
This position focuses on prioritizing customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service with passion, pride, and expertise. The Sales Assistant will engage shoppers, represent the brand values, and ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive approach and take ownership to provide shoppers with outstanding experiences.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to store policies.
- Stock and organize shelves to keep the store environment attractive and well-presented.
- Adopt and support new initiatives and improved methods of working.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and address customer priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory; full training will be offered.
Additional Details
Work hours are flexible, varying throughout the week, including weekends and some evening shifts. Location is Castle St, Sligo. Salary is available upon application. The application deadline is 20th July 2026.
