Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will help shape a strong in-store experience by welcoming shoppers, guiding them around the store, and assisting them in finding the right products. You will represent the brand’s values in every interaction and contribute to both customer satisfaction and business results.
What You’ll Do
- Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in making confident purchase decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service throughout the shopping journey.
- Keep the sales area and stockroom well arranged, replenished, and pleasant to shop in.
- Assist with store opening and closing routines.
- Present yourself and the brand in a positive, professional manner during customer interactions.
Your Team and Work Environment
You will be part of a store-based team that plays a central role in how customers experience the brand. In larger stores, this may include Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible. You will also work with the wider area team to share ideas and support overall store success. Together, the team helps customers feel confident and express their style through current trends and timeless looks.

Additional Information
This is a full-time or part-time store position based in Delhi, and the role reports to the Department Manager.
