Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and partners. The role focuses on discovering new business opportunities, creating leads, and presenting the institute’s consulting, research, and training offerings to government, private, and civil society organizations. The selected candidate will manage the account journey from start to finish, including proposal preparation, term negotiation, service coordination with internal teams, and ongoing monitoring of client satisfaction. The position also involves meeting with clients, keeping detailed sales and account records, preparing regular performance updates, working with academic and administrative departments to match services with client requirements, engaging stakeholders proactively, attending events and conferences, and following up consistently to support long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management and customer service, with the ability to establish, maintain, and nurture durable client relationships.
- Strong client satisfaction and communication skills to understand requirements, offer suitable solutions, and maintain professional interactions.
- Capability in lead generation and outreach, including identifying opportunities, approaching prospects, and presenting services persuasively.
- Background in B2B sales, consultative selling, or institutional partnership development, ideally in education, consulting, or professional services.
- Comfort working on-site in Riyadh while handling several accounts, organizing priorities, and meeting sales and performance goals.
- Solid analytical and reporting ability, including experience using CRM or similar systems to track leads, opportunities, and account activity.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English, along with culturally appropriate interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline; advanced study or relevant certifications in sales or account management are considered beneficial.
