Role Summary

We are hiring a Rotoflow Aftermarket Project Manager based at our turbomachinery service center in Dhahran, KSA. This role involves leading project execution with engineering support to deliver spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service projects for diverse turbomachinery equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Proposal Managers to receive and plan project orders, developing execution strategies covering budget, schedule, and team assembly for successful delivery.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple project phases including order processing, execution, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Optimize revenue recognition and proactively address discrepancies between planned and actual results.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external customers to report project progress and foster relationships that enhance sales.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Respond to project changes effectively to meet financial goals and client expectations.
  • Provide feedback on lessons learned to promote continuous improvement across functions.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • Technical degree (BA/BS/BEng), preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Over five years of project management experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple engineering projects concurrently.
  • PMP certification is favored.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of rotating equipment, turbomachinery, accessory systems, and related technologies is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, organized, goal-driven, with leadership qualities to inspire teams and drive project success.
  • Strong creativity, problem-solving capabilities, and good judgment regarding escalation of technical and administrative issues.
