Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in the Housekeeping team by maintaining exceptionally clean and orderly guest rooms. Your duties extend beyond cleaning to include effective teamwork and guest assistance, ensuring visitors enjoy a memorable and hospitable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all areas of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to maintain high standards.
• Operate within company cleaning protocols to consistently meet our quality benchmarks.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys well-stocked and organized for efficient service.
• Handle cleaning supplies responsibly, following safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure guest privacy and security at all times to promote comfort and trust.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to uphold room quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner towards guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail combined with efficient time management and pride in workmanship.
• Physically capable of performing duties including navigating stairs and open pathways between rooms.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work respectfully with diverse colleagues.
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
