Compensation

• A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,000 is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous cleaning duties adhering to established standards to maintain the five-star ambiance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Prepare rooms by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms to five-star quality standards.
• Replenish guest room amenities and supplies to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Identify maintenance needs, damages, or repairs and report them promptly to the maintenance department.
• Observe and comply with grooming and dress codes to maintain a professional appearance.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests for additional services, aligning with high-quality guest satisfaction standards.
• Manage lost and found procedures by reporting items left behind by guests to the relevant department.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on best practices and innovative cleaning standards aligned with the hotel's policies.
• Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to protect guests, fellow team members, and personal well-being.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably with pre-opening exposure in a luxury hotel setting, is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working in Forbes-rated or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) hotels is beneficial.
• Physical fitness to endure physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to maintain top-quality guest service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays based on hotel needs.
• Strong professionalism and integrity, respecting guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• A positive, hands-on approach and proactive spirit.
