About the Role

Join Neomanav Robotics Private Limited as a Robot Operator, working with cutting-edge humanoid robots designed for industrial use in Indian factories. Operate actual robots in real factory environments using VR headsets and motion-capture technology, performing authentic tasks that directly contribute to AI training behind these machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Control humanoid robots through VR and motion-capture systems to execute factory tasks live, including picking, placing, assembly, and machine tending.
• Ensure task repetition is precise and consistent to generate quality data that aids AI learning.
• Provide feedback to engineers about any operational issues or anomalies encountered during robot control.

Requirements and Eligibility

• No prior robotics experience is necessary; candidates with quick learning abilities, sharp instincts, and good hand-eye coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Be prepared for a physically active role involving standing and moving for most of a 10-hour shift, five days a week.
• Must be available for on-site work at the Bengaluru labs (HSR & Electronic City).
• Applicants should be open to day (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or night shifts (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM), with five working days per week.

Additional Details

• Training will be provided on-site at Bengaluru, and the candidates will be paid during training.
• The hiring process includes an online aptitude test, telephonic interview, 3-4 days of training, followed by a live robot trial and final selection.
• Note that the company does not charge any fees during recruitment.
