You'll be the dependable aid for drivers, helping get vehicles back on the road efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities
- Start and finish your shifts from your home driveway, being paid from leaving to returning home.
- Operate independently while contributing as a valued team member across diverse environments.
- Utilize technical skills and clear communication to ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Diagnose and resolve a broad range of roadside issues using your knowledge and composure.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification paired with relevant experience.
- Possess a full UK Category B driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Comfortable adapting to and working with new technology provided by the company.
- Flexible availability to work various shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to cover unpredictable breakdowns.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The average workweek is approximately 40 hours with a variety of shift options available allowing you to tailor your schedule to personal and professional needs. Shift lengths and the number of rest days vary depending on the selected pattern.
Salary is set at £41,976 inclusive of location allowance, with potential total earnings up to £60,000 for top performers.
