About the Role
Join Okta as a Revenue Operations Manager focused on the EMEA region, a crucial role acting as a strategic link between operational initiatives and regional execution. This position not only supports the EMEA territory but also plays a vital part within the global Revenue Operations team by managing projects, enhancing systems, and serving as a process expert impacting the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution across the EMEA territory to ensure bookings align with company policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance, especially handling complex and high-value transactions.
- Act as a primary execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center, providing expert guidance on complex scenarios and ensuring consistent policy and process application.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and other teams to support complex deal structures and guarantee transactions meet established process controls.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through preparation, review, improvement, and troubleshooting of reconciliations as necessary.
- Continuously analyze operational data and workflows to proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process refinement.
- Create and analyze business performance reports and dashboards to accurately represent operational results and aid in planning and decision-making.
- Lead and support multiple operational and process improvement projects, ensuring efficient completion aligned with objectives.
- Partner with Business Technology and Finance Transformation teams on system enhancements, participating in user acceptance testing, validating changes, and resolving issues.
- Facilitate training and enablement across teams regarding processes, complex scenarios, and best practices.
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within Revenue Operations workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strategic curiosity with a practical approach to problem identification and continuous improvement.
- Possesses strong operational skills, adept at navigating complex processes, policies, and systems.
- Displays sound judgment in evaluating information, prioritizing tasks, and managing non-standard cases.
- Communicates clearly and effectively across teams, able to explain processes and decisions.
- Adapts comfortably to managing multiple priorities within dynamic and fast-changing environments.
- Embraces forward-thinking approaches, including automation and AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 or more years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related fields.
- Proficient with operational systems and tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with quick adaptability.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for candidates based in Ireland is €68,000 to €93,500, adjusted based on skills and experience.
