Position Summary

We are searching for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Team Member in New Zealand to foster a high-performance environment and deliver excellent customer service within our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales interactions.
• Meet personal and store sales targets by focusing on customer-centric approaches.
• Create enthusiastic customer relationships leading to loyal clientele or "Raving Fans."
• Engage in mandatory supplier, compliance, and sales training sessions.
• Complete the STARS coaching program and consistently demonstrate effective sales behaviors.
• Apply the JB Hi-Fi 5 Steps of selling throughout all customer engagements.
• Maintain a safe working environment, complying with all OHS policies and promoting health and safety practices.
• Support JB Hi-Fi's brand image through proper merchandising on the sales floor following company standards.
• Assist with timely stock processing and receiving procedures within the store.
• Manage order fulfillment duties including delivery, click and collect tasks, packing, dispatch, and addressing order-related queries.
• Collaborate positively with Store Management, accept feedback, and commit to continuous improvement.
• Help with customer service on the counter and operation of floor payment devices.
• Provide assistance across Sales, Merchandise, and Operations to support Store Management as needed.
