Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The role requires guiding customers in choosing from a range of home furnishing products including wallpapers, curtains, blinds, fabrics, flooring, wall panels, and furniture. You will be responsible for understanding client preferences, managing inquiries from multiple channels, and ensuring seamless coordination between various teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discerning their design tastes, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
• Providing expert advice on selecting wallpapers, curtains, blinds, upholstery materials, flooring, wall panels, furniture, and other decorative products.
• Explaining product features, materials used, finishes, pricing structures, and available customization options.
• Creating quotations and proactively following up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Collaborating closely with design, measurement, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding after-sales service.
• Responding professionally to walk-in customers as well as inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets to contribute to overall business expansion.
• Keeping the showroom neat, attractive, and current with the latest collections and trends.
• Accurately maintaining customer data, sales reports, and performing daily follow-ups using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
• Continuously updating knowledge of interior design trends and product innovations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range of INR 15,000 to INR 28,000.
