About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze recruitment needs and define job requirements for multiple roles across departments.
- Utilize various online platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals to source suitable candidates.
- Review applications and resumes critically to shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate compatibility with role requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and maintain a collaborative and motivating team atmosphere.
- Hold regular team meetings and personalized discussions to resolve issues and align objectives.
- Assess training needs and organize relevant development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Compensation
