Role overview
This position focuses on growing the commercial performance of assigned brands and accounts while ensuring the online store assortment, pricing, and inventory are well managed. The role combines merchandising, sourcing, supplier negotiation, content upkeep, and financial evaluation to support sales and margin targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support growth in sales and overall financial outcomes for the assigned accounts and brands.
- Handle product sourcing, purchasing, and merchandising for the portfolio assigned to you.
- Work with suppliers to secure favorable margins on both the selling and cost sides.
- Keep product content accurate and up to date across the online stores you manage.
- Create and execute commercial plans aimed at achieving sales and profit goals.
- Monitor stock levels closely and reduce the risk of slow-moving inventory.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and introduce new ideas in merchandising and sales.
- Work with different internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tasks on time.
- Assess business opportunities through financial analysis to help achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or a closely related area is preferred, along with experience in business development, account handling, merchandising, or a similar function in e-commerce or retail.
- Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- You should bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be able to manage several priorities at once with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and drive are important in a fast-changing work environment.
- You need solid communication and people skills, plus a record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical capability are important for success in this role.
- Interest in customer behavior and a good understanding of what drives buying decisions are important.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore, Singapore.
