About the Role
This position is part of SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, supporting in-store merchandising efforts that improve the shopping experience and help retailers better meet customer needs. The organization operates across a large global network, serving thousands of brands and retail customers in more than 40 countries, with a focus on growth and career development.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support store merchandising activities such as creating displays and end caps, resetting shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory so stores and suppliers can make the most of sales opportunities. You will also assist store leadership with reporting, staff training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers pay of $15.40 per hour. Additional hours may be available on request. Benefits can be tailored to family needs and may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental voluntary plans, wellness programs, and access to discount programs.

Applicants should be comfortable speaking with customers and store management in a friendly, upbeat, and professional way. The role calls for someone who can handle physical work, use a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift, and bring a strong customer-service mindset. Experience in merchandising, as well as leading and training others, is important. A safety-first approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have dependable transportation to the worksite, and be able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. No prior experience is required for the broader role because training and team support are provided, but this specific position also calls for 1–2 years of merchandising experience and prior experience leading and training people.
