About the Role

Amrut The Fashion Icon invites passionate individuals to join their fashion showroom team in Surat as Clothes Sales Retail Executives. Successful candidates will assist customers in selecting apparel, manage in-store presentations, and strive to meet sales objectives while offering excellent service.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 20 and 40 years
• Open to all genders
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade or below
• No English language requirement
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales
• Shift timing: Full-time daytime work

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in choosing clothing that matches their tastes
• Encourage sales of apparel and work toward daily and monthly targets
• Maintain appealing displays and an orderly showroom environment
• Fold, organize, and restock garments on shelves and racks as needed
• Deliver high-quality customer service to build lasting relationships
• Support billing, inventory management, and routine store tasks
• Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times
• Keep informed about new product arrivals, sales promotions, and fashion trends

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 30,000
