Role Summary

We seek a Retail Assistant Manager for our Letterkenny store. The perfect candidate will have a passion for customers, staff, and products, and possess excellent communication abilities. Experience in retail is preferred but other relevant backgrounds will be considered. Maintaining composure and approachability under pressure is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to perform optimally, including stepping in to manage the store in their absence.
• Foster an environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and ensuring precise stock management.
• Engage directly in the store's operational and commercial activities with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Ensure store security through adherence to established procedures, keyholding responsibilities, and encouraging compliance among other staff members.
• Prioritize the safety of team members and customers by consistently following safety protocols.
