Role overview
Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the Green Hills venue in East Maitland, New South Wales. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering outstanding food, service, and team culture.
In this role, you will guide and grow the leadership team, improve results through effective people management, and oversee the restaurant's profit and loss performance. You will also be expected to uphold high standards for food quality and safety while representing the brand's energy, values, and hospitality style.
What you will do
- Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day performance.
