Role Summary
Starting October 2026, we are looking for a Research Assistant for a 6-month period in Adelsdorf (Nuremberg metropolitan region) to support our development efforts in confectionery and dietary supplement products.
Responsibilities
- Provide active support to our team in developing and enhancing candy and nutritional supplement products.
- Conduct laboratory and pilot plant experiments and assist in producing product prototypes.
- Document development projects, feasibility studies, and experimental outcomes thoroughly and systematically.
- Maintain data related to raw materials, formulations, and development activities within our systems.
- Autonomously plan and execute projects focused on innovative development topics.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing studies in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Curious and enthusiastic about experimenting and actively shaping new product developments.
- Enjoy hands-on laboratory work as well as evaluating and documenting results.
- Capable of independent, structured work and happy to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Exhibit team spirit, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
