Key Duties

• Interact with customers to provide detailed product guidance and service support.
• Liaise internally to handle order processing and monitor shipment statuses.
• Assist in sales efforts by sharing accurate product information and maintaining showroom standards.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service capabilities, including attentive listening, effective communication, and diligent follow-up.
• Basic knowledge in sales and negotiation, with enthusiasm for promoting household and kitchen appliances.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various customer inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Competence in using computers and standard office software for managing orders, paperwork, and reports.
• Able to work physically at the Jiddah site and collaborate well with team members and supervisors.
• Previous retail, appliance, or consumer product experience is advantageous.
• Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related disciplines is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing); Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
