About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reporting & Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for overseeing reporting governance, compliance management, and project controls within significant hospitality, resort, or real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in these areas and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust reporting governance frameworks.
- Manage and oversee all compliance-related activities for large-scale projects.
- Ensure effective project controls are in place and maintained.
- Prepare high-level executive and board-level reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through comprehensive dashboards.
- Maintain compliance registers and provide support for audits.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Projects, and Operations.
- Utilize project management and document control platforms for efficient workflow.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
- A Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in reporting, governance, compliance, or project controls is essential.
- Previous experience within the hospitality, resort, or mega development sectors is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on the owner's side, with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), or as a client representative is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Aconex, ACC, Asite, SharePoint, or similar document management systems is expected.
