Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Remote Student Enrollment & Outreach Specialists. This position involves engaging with prospective students and their families to introduce them to our tutoring programs and assist them throughout the enrollment journey. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, detailing course options, performing follow-ups, carrying out outreach through various communication channels, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Coordination with internal teams is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, as well as providing clear information about courses, scheduling, and fees.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and deliver customer service effectively
• Familiarity with basic sales techniques, outreach, and lead management
• Strong organization and efficient time management
• Comfortable working independently using CRM software, spreadsheets, emails, video conferencing, and messaging platforms
• Professional and proactive in interactions with students and families
• Genuine interest in education and student achievement
• Previous experience in EdTech, admissions, student counseling, sales, customer service, or enrollment is advantageous
• Educational background in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or related fields is preferable but not mandatory
