Our platform empowers players to create recruiting profiles, find suitable college matches, communicate directly with coaches, and utilize specialized recruiting tools to advance their athletic careers.
Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and community engagement. This includes building and managing content calendars, scheduling posts, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring daily content publication. The role also involves writing compelling captions, organizing digital assets, and actively engaging with the online community by responding to comments and messages. A key aspect of the role is fostering relationships within the baseball community by interacting with players, parents, coaches, and organizations. Additionally, the manager will be involved in content creation and repurposing, transforming longer pieces into engaging short-form clips and working with editors to optimize content output. Performance tracking and reporting are crucial, requiring the monitoring of growth and engagement metrics, profile clicks, and signups, with regular weekly reports on social media performance.
Requirements
Candidates should possess proven experience in managing social media accounts and a comprehensive understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. Strong communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively. Prior experience in sports, particularly baseball, is considered advantageous.

Key performance indicators for this role include maintaining consistent daily posting schedules, achieving steady follower growth, increasing engagement rates, driving website traffic from social media channels, and generating free profile signups attributed to social media efforts.
